The payment policy applies to all products/services offered by

E-Media Arts Interactive

(An E-Media Arts Division)

By using E-Media Arts' products or services, you agree to our terms and conditions, including all policies. We offer four payment channels: Maya, GCash, BPI, and GoTyme. For details, visit our payment page. Please note:

• Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated.

• Service may be suspended or terminated if payment fails.

• An additional service charge (bank fee) may apply on top of the subscription price unless explicitly mentioned that it is waived.

• From June 2021, overdue payments incur a daily charge of PHP 0.5 until settled.

• Overdue payments are allowed up to 15 days past the due date. Specific product/service policies may vary.

Spotify

• The subscription is offered annually which covers May 202X - April 202Y.

• E-Media Arts reserves the right to change its pricing due to market trends and inflation. Subscribers who opted for annual subscription may be required to pay additional fees if necessary (e.g., price hikes from Spotify Ltd.).

• Failure to settle your Spotify subscription bill within 7 days after the due date will result in account on-hold/termination. On-hold accounts will be removed from the service until they settle their respective bills. Complete termination of the service will be done after 14 days of non-payment payment. The subscriber will still pay to be required to pay the days he/she used the service.

Netflix

• The subscription is valid for one month with a monthly recurring charge.

• Pricing subject to change due to market trends or inflation. Additional charges may apply (e.g., Netflix price increases).

• Accounts with unpaid bills post-due date will be suspended. Subscribers are responsible for any charges incurred during service usage. 

• E-Media Arts will be charging 10% of the monthly service fee (MSF) if you have failed to notify that you will cancel using the service before the next date of renewal. Make sure to inform our team ahead of planned cancellation.

YouTube Premium (with YouTube Music)

• This subscription is offered annually which covers October 11, 202X - October 10, 202Y

• E-Media Arts reserves the right to change its pricing due to market trends and inflation. Subscribers who opted for annual subscription may be required to pay additional fees if necessary (e.g., price hikes from YouTube).

• Accounts with unpaid bills 7 days post-due date will be suspended. If unsettled after 14 days, services will be terminated. Subscribers are responsible for any charges incurred during service usage.

DeepBrid

• This subscription is offered monthly/semi-annually/annually.

• E-Media Arts reserves the right to change its pricing based on the current trends and inflations. You may/may not be required to pay an additional amount on top of your annual subscription if needed (such as a price increase from DeepBrid LLC.).

• Failure to settle your DeepBrid subscription bill 35 days after the due date will result in account on-hold/termination. On-hold accounts will be removed from the service until they settle their respective bills. The subscriber will still pay to be required to pay the months he/she used the service.
